Our Group Studio Classes
How our classes work
Once several individual sessions have been completed, you may choose to join a Group Studio class. These are run circuit style using all of the traditional Pilates equipment.
Because we are all unique, you will work on your own program which has been developed specifically to meet your needs and goals. You will work at your own pace on your own exercises, so there are no comparisons or competition. We aim to provide a supportive and nurturing environment so that everyone feels completely comfortable and cared for.
Circuit Style
Designed as a circuit style of class with rotation from one piece of equipment to the next with adequate time (10 minutes) to carry out several exercises at each station: Reformer, Trap Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel and Mat.
Work at your own level
Work at your own level and pace with your own program.
No competition or comparisons, as you each work on your own individual exercises.
Maximum number per class
To gain the most from your class sessions there is a maximum of 6 people per class with one of our regular instructors on hand to monitor and assist with your technique and form.
Individual Sessions
Several individual sessions are required before entry into classes, depending on ability and instructor’s discretion. These sessions enable you to learn the repertoire and equipment set up.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance to secure your place in class. Cancellations without 24hrs notice or appointments missed without notice will be charged at the usual class rate.
Note: Completion of individual sessions is a pre-requiste
